About Us
Who we are
Net Boru was established in 2007 on a technical foundation developed over decades in double-wall tubing. The company manufactures double-wall copper-coated steel tubes for automotive brake, fuel and hydraulic clutch systems.
Located in the Istanbul Tuzla Industrial Free Zone, Net Boru serves international automotive programs through integrated production and export capabilities.
Our manufacturing system includes steel slitting, electrolytic copper coating, precision slitting, roll forming, contact welding, online and offline Eddy Current testing, Galfan or E-Zinc coating, polyamide coating, cutting, stripping, deburring, flaring and bending.
Customer-specific dimensions, coatings and finished tube configurations can be evaluated by our engineering team.
IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING
Our in-house tool shop supports the production and maintenance of rolls, tube mills, welding ovens and beveling groups. CNC equipment helps control tooling tolerances while reducing maintenance and repair lead times.
